Shipping & Delivery


Dollhouse design offers free express shipping via Australia Post for Australian and New Zealand orders over $50 (AU).

  • Your order will generally arrive overnight  (Monday to Thursday) if it has been ordered and paid by 3pm (Sydney time). Delivery may take 2-3 working days depending on the post code, do not worry you will be given a tracking number.

  • When your order has been prepared and ready to leave head office, you will be provided a tracking number and be able to view the delivery status through the Australia Post tracking service.

If delivery has not been made within 4 working days, do not hesitate to email us with your name and order number so we can look after the situation accordingly.

Do not stress, it most probably means that your parcel is at your local post office, or that you were not home at the time of delivery. If so, a calling card from Australia post will be left in your post box.

Please not that bank transfers may take 2-3 working days to clear.  


All international orders are charged a fee according to Australia Post international postage.
Australia Post will be able to ship your parcel in alliance with your country's postal service. Delivery will take between 3-10 working days.
You will be able to track your parcels via Australia Post tracking service or your country's postal service.

If you have not received or are unable to track your parcel after 10 working days, please email us immediately and we will locate your package.


Returns & Replacements

If your are not satisfied with your full priced item we will be more than happy to exchange your item within 7days(Australia)/18days (int.) or issue a credit note. Online purchases will not be able to be returned/exchanged at dollhouse stores.

We provide free return shipping for full priced exchanged items.

In order for an exchange, items must be in their original state:

 - Unworn, unwashed, no alterations and with all tags and attachments in place.

 - No irregular smells such as perfume/body odour/washing agents.

 If the item is not in original pristine condition the item will be returned to the customers address.  

Unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. If an item has manufacturing faults, we will provide you with a replacement. 

All items are quality checked before being posted out to a customer. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault or if we have sent you the incorrect order, do not hesitate to contact us at (email).

Once we acknowledge that the item you received has a manufacturing fault or your order is incorrect, we will email you. We are not responsible for return postage.

Returned items will be assessed, and customers will be notified if a return has been accepted or declined. Customer returns are usually processed within 3days of receiving a return.

If a return is accepted you will be given these options:

-       Credit note for the full amount of the purchased item.

-       Replacement of your faulty item with a new one.

 Items that do not meet the Return policy conditions will be declined and returned to the customers address.

No exchange or refund on sale items.

An order placed by a customer indicated that they purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order on these Terms and Conditions. Dollhouse design  reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for whatever circumstance, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with us only comes into existence when it forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.
